About

I build products across strategy, design and software.

Morgan Boubault

I am a product builder based in Paris, working across strategy, design, AI and software. At KCX by GETRAC, I design and develop internal tools connected to product and business data, alongside customer-facing web platforms.

My background spans market research, customer experience, marketing, iconography, and speculative design. It helps me frame the business problem before choosing the interface, workflow or technical architecture that should solve it.

02 What I actually do

Product & strategy

Reading a business problem underneath a request. Scoping, prioritisation, deciding what not to build. Data analysis to support the decision rather than decorate it.

Design

Brand and graphic design, editorial layout, interaction and interface design. Iconography and art direction. Design systems.

Software architecture

Full-stack TypeScript and Python applications, relational and vector databases, API integrations, containerised workers, and deployments across GCP and Vercel.

AI

Retrieval and embeddings, tool-calling assistants, CLIP-based classification. Image-generation pipelines and custom node development for batch workflows.

03 How I work

Start with the real problem. I look past the requested output to understand the friction, constraints and opportunity underneath.

Make it tangible early. I prototype early to test assumptions, align people and let reality sharpen the direction.

Work across boundaries. My best work happens where design, product, software and AI meet instead of staying in separate silos.

Create disproportionate value. I use design, code and AI to build solutions with the range and impact of a much larger team.

A useful next conversation

I am particularly interested in products that sit at the intersection of business operations, data, and software, as well as visual and art direction projects.
